Cancellation Policy
MALDIVES FIT / PRIVATE TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY • All cancellation requests must be made in writing. • 31 days or more before departure:Forfeiture of the RM500 booking deposit once the booking has been confirmed. • 15–30 days before departure:50% of the total Tour Package fare. • 03–14 days before departure:75% of the total Tour Package fare. • 02 days or less before departure / No Show:100% of the total Tour Package fare. • Where actual non-refundable charges imposed by the respective hotel, resort, speedboat operator or other service providers exceed the applicable cancellation charge stated above, the actual charges may apply, subject to a maximum of 100% of the total Tour Package fare. • No refund will be provided where services, excursions or activities cannot be utilised due to bad weather, sea conditions, operational requirements or other unforeseen circumstances. • No refund will be entertained in the event of denial of immigration clearance for any reason. • Any applicable airline or OTA cancellation and amendment terms shall apply separately where flight tickets are purchased through the Company. • This cancellation policy applies specifically to Maldives FIT, Private Tour and Ground Package bookings only.
